You will be assisting the Data Scientist Team in:
- Basic data exploration analysis and some basic data visualization.
- Perform required data analysis, with the help of senior data scientists.
- To help the data scientist to test the algorithms with data set.
- Identify the errors and bugs and work with the data scientist to fix them
- Based on the understanding of the data set and algorithm, discuss with the team members to make improvement.
- Exploration on novel algorithms to improve the performance (optional)
We are looking for:
- Under graduate or graduate students major in Bioinformatics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or related fields with basic knowledge about statistical and machine learning.
- Experience with programming in Python.
- Experience with basic data visualization.
- Experience with basic data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
