Responsibilities

• Handle front office reception and administration duties
• Greet customers and answer to all customer's enquiries
• Competent in handling calls and WhatsApps messages with customers and clients
• Perform scheduling appointment calendar and sending appointment reminders to customers
• Generating and compiling daily sales target
• Perform cashiering duties such as payment collections and receipts
• Assist in follow-up of on-going in-house promotions and activities
• Can multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Preferably 1-2 years of customer service, front desk or receptionist experience in the Retail Industry
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and usage of iPad
• Passionate and willing to serve customer sincerely and whole-heartedly
• Good communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
• Cheerful, outgoing personality and self-driven
• Willing to work on Weekends and Public Holiday
