Bimeco – Sales Development Rep

Role Overview

As an SDR, you are the frontline of our sales team. Your primary mission is to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers to build a high-quality pipeline of opportunities for our Account Executives.

Core Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Research and identify target accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Outreach: Initiate first contact through cold calling, personalized emails, and multi-channel social selling.
• Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to assess a prospect's needs, budget, and authority.
• Scheduling: Book qualified demonstrations and discovery meetings for the closing team.
• CRM Hygiene: Log all activity and lead data accurately in HubSpot.

• Resilience: Ability to handle high-volume outreach and overcome rejection.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
