Big Red Pte Ltd – Marketing Executive – Social Media

In 1986, our founder started a modest cleaning company that focused on carpet cleaning in the CBD area. Today, still privately and locally owned, Big Red Pte Ltd now specializes in disaster recovery services, building diagnostics, mold remediation and consulting. Our operations span beyond the shores of Singapore, where some projects have taken us to Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia, India and China. 

We strive to grow our business locally as well as within the region. As such, we are looking to hire the services of a marketing specialist to spearhead this business growth. 

• Suggest improvements and seek opportunities for innovation in customer service standards, policies and procedures
• Manage customers' feedback & promote the company services via the social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ etc), public forum, email, and/or telephone
• Suggest and improve marketing strategies
• Identify and interpret social media trends and propose appropriate actions to enhance the level of engagement with customers
• Content management
• SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic

Requirements:

• Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
• Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media
• Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
• Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
• Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics.
• Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress.
