Responsibilities:
Approach and engage potential candidates in public areas and events
Introduce basic information about sales career opportunities
Collect and record accurate contact information for follow-up sessions
Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews
Requirements:
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with strangers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Experience in sales, events, or public engagement is an advantage (but not required)
