Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage potential candidates in public areas and events

• Introduce basic information about sales career opportunities

• Collect and record accurate contact information for follow-up sessions

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to schedule interviews

Requirements:

• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with strangers

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
