We're urgently looking to fill multiple temporary roles within finance for a governmental agency in the central area. You will be working regular office hours.
Your Role: Temporary Finance Executive
- Process payments, journal adjustment of OOE and EOM budget
- Keeping records of firms’ expenditures in Excel
- Processes e-invoices and non-e-invoices for payment
- Monitor the budget allocation to ensure there are sufficient funds in the account for making payments
- Advise users on payment and claim procedures/account codes and cost centres for charging
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Min Diploma Qualifications (Preferably in Accounting or Business-related fields)
- Familiarity with Excel and government financial procedures will be an advantage
- Able to start work immediately and commit for at least 3 months or longer
- Able to attend interview with immediate arrangement
