Job Description

BGC Group is looking for an enthusiastic BD Trainee to take on telesales responsibilities with existing and potential new clients over the phone.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. This is a temporary role, but with a possibility of conversion with high performance. As this is a pilot role, you will have a rare opportunity to be groomed directly by our CEO.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable sharing about our recruitment products or services over the phone, as well as hearing out complaints and doubts.


Your Role

  • Help re-connect with existing clients and connect with potential clients to share with them about our recruitment products
  • Understand their current hiring needs through surveys to understand their requirements
  • Qualify leads for the Sales and Business Development Team to follow up with and close
  • Track records of calls and sales and note down useful information for improving processes
  • Think from the business perspective when engaging clients


Requirements

  • A Level / Diploma/ Degree - however, we are looking for proven sales/customer experience and/or potential in telesales
  • Ability to learn about products, services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
