Job Description
  • Monitor applicants’ on-boarding status 
  • Provide overall support for position to hire processes with recruiters, hiring manager, and candidate
  • Organizing interviews on behalf of TA manager and confirming times with candidates and hiring managers
  • Preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases
  • Supporting priority projects with any administrative activities
  • Responding to emails on behalf of the department when necessary
  • Provide other ad-hoc Talent Acquisition support based on needs as well as any tasks assigned by the Manager
