Job Description
- Assist Human Resource Consultant in designing a HR system (Grading, Appraisal, Compensation etc.)
- Conduct and analyze organizational surveys of employees
- Design a human resource development plan and training resources
- Conduct and report interviews with the management or the HR representative
- Conduct sales and market research
- Assist in web marketing tasks
- Translation (Japanese to English and vice versa)
- Do ad hoc admin work
Working Day
- Flexible duration (minimum 3 months)
- Part-time during an academic Term
- Minimum 2 days per week (We can discuss with candidates)
- Full-time during a vacation period
Salary
· Based on your experience and background.
Requirements
· Be interested in Human Resource field and intercultural communication
· Be self-motivated
· Be able to communicate in Japanese (N3 and above)
· Our internship is open to any student with a passion in learning about the HR function. (The candidates do not need to come from Human Resource / Business field.)
