This is a start up in consultancy for organisation development. OD is a combination of various disciplines including behavioural sciences, psychology, systems theory etc. Put simply it is aimed to support leaders to ensure their company is effective and sustainable. We work with different functions to look at where change is required, co-create with clients and support them in creating the change. This can take many different form of consulting work. At Besonder Consulting, we focus on 3 main areas:

  1. Aligning of strategic intent and priorities
  2. Building leader's effectiveness in inspiring & leading change
  3. Cultivating new ways of working to achieve the desired changes

We conduct unique workshops, large and small size, one on one coaching etc.

Job Description

Your tasks and responsibilities

This is to provide BD support in the start up phase of an Organisation Development consultancy.  It is project based and at the start up stage.  Main objective is to gather contacts for building brand awareness, doing market analysis and planning for initial phase of promotion and client proposals.

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and formulate hypothesis for business opportunities
  • Collect and collate publicly available information to support regional and country strategic initiatives
  • Assist in the development of presentation materials and facilitation of workshops
  • Administrate strategy implementation in collaboration with leader
  • Prepare insightful reports in assisting the leader in making informed decisions in business strategy and operations

Your skills and experiences

  • Undergraduate study in Economics, Finance, Business, Psychology or Human Resources
  • Good internship experience in a strategy, management consulting or research organizations
  • Understanding of the learning & development industry in Asia will be advantageous
  • Familiar with professional research and analysis tools
  • Is resourceful and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial
  • Expert Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
