- Job Description
Monday - Friday office hour commitment required. Especially ideal if role can commence immediately.
Ecommerce Assistant, your role will be focused on:
- Updating the Besbes e-commerce website and platforms - Shopify and Shopee
- Working closely with e-commerce partners for marketing and campaign opportunities
- Research and reach out to potential brands for collaborations
- Assisting to manage customer database
- Brainstorming of possible campaigns for social media marketing
- Assisting in stock preparation and managing inventory
- Support with stockist displays and coordinations
- Facilitation of shipments and deliveries
- Managing customer queries and feedback
