Job Description

* An ability to work independently and as a team.

* Update records in system and maintain proper filing system.

* Handling of customer complaint & reply within 24hours.

* Responsible for supporting all Sales/Account Managers in all sales activities such as preparing     quotation and attending to customer enquiries.

* Source, provide quote and response to customer enquiries while the sales people is not available.

* Prepare entries when PO comes in & able to issue PO for supplier.

* May need to go for site inspection and site measurement if needed.

* An ability to work independently and as a team.

*Arrange delivery & update delivery schedule.

* Able to work under pressure.
