- Job Description
Responsibility :
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the bakery section of the kitchen
- Bread and pastries recipes development
- Adhere to all standards of food presentation, production, and portioning controls
- Ensure that the kitchen and workspace are kept clean at all times
- Perform any other duties as assign by the Superior from time to time
Requirements:
- Experience at related confectioneries and bakeries is preferred
- Good working attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Good organizational skills
- Open-minded and willing to explore new ways of creation
