Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build digital footprint for BD in Greater Asia – with a focus in Singapore
  • Planning and monitoring conversations and reactions on company intranet
  • Launching optimized online advertisements to increase company and brand awareness – targeted at talent attraction

Job brief

  • We are looking for an experienced Digital COM Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our internal & external digital communication.
  • The ideal candidate will poses strong writing skills and a good grasp of the social media space – understanding the latest trends in user preference as well as have a strong comprehension of the varies digital platforms i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
  • The candidate will have to be tech-savvy and intuitive with ideas to reinforce our communication campaign.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a BD’s digital footprint in the region
  • Plan and monitor ongoing company presence on social media (i.e. LinkedIn)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase corporate awareness
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital COM efforts using in-house analytics tool (for Intranet postings) and Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insights on digital COM trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates / Undergraduates seeking internship experience as Digital COM Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing/ communications concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM, preferred but not a must
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to commit for a minimum of 3-4 months.
