Beautifymee Pte Ltd – Operations Intern

Background
Established in 2020, Beautifymee Pte Ltd imports skincare, personal care and hair care products. We can be found on major E-Commerce platforms (Shopee / Lazada / TikTok / Amazon).
We are awarded with Top Seller for Shopee Personal Care category for 2022 and we are looking for a Operations Intern who will manage the daily operations.

Outgoing Operations

• Picking, packing and checking of outgoing orders
• Coordinating with logistics partners on collection schedule
• Preparing of packaging materials (e.g. cut bubble wrap & paper, fold boxes)

Incoming Operations

• Recording stock quantity and tallying against the invoice.
• Checking quality of incoming goods
• Stocking in, tidying and arranging goods

Stocktaking

• Performing routine stocktaking of goods and inventory reconciliation
• Performing routine stocktaking of packaging materials and ensuring sufficient replenishment

Customer and Courier Management

• Handling customers enquiries and special requests.
• Managing and coordinate with courier for pick ups

Other Administrative or Ad-hoc Duties

• Maintaining and updating of e-commerce platforms
• Tracking of incoming goods to ensure all orders are timely received
• Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of office
