As a F&B Intern for Bay Hotel, you will have a chance to experience working with guest from various backgrounds. You will learn how to use your skills learned in school on professional communication and how to exceed the guest expectations. Despite being a Four-Star hotel, we pride ourselves in providing Five-Star services to all our guests here in Bay Hotel Singapore. No guest or customer is more special than the other because all of them are just as important to us.
Requirements:
- Excellent and professional communication & conversational skills in English
- To be confident in remembering every item in the menu and upsell any restaurant promotions and special offers.
- Establish rapport with guests to build loyalty through satisfying customers' needs
- Comfortable working in a Rooftop Bar Environment
- Only night shifts available due to Bar's operating hours
- A team player
