Barker Road Methodist Church Kindergarten – Design and Admin Support

• Develop and disseminated materials and information on the Kindergarten's website and social media
• Ensure that all notices are up to date on the Notice Boards outside the main entrance of the Kindergarten
• Assist in the layout design of the Annual Year Book, photo-taking during school events, collect class photos and write-ups, etc
• Prepare worksheets, power point presentations, layout designs for Annual Year Book advertisements, etc
• Attend to walk-in parents' phone enquiries
• Assist in student arrivals and dismissals
• Assist in sale of school uniforms
• Conduct school tours when required
• Responsible for co-ordinating kitchen orders with groceries suppliers and ensures delivery by suppliers
• Perform other duties that may be assigned at the discretion of the Principal

Job Requirements:

• Pleasant disposition
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Able to work with initiative and independently
