Reception - First and Last Impressions:
- Set the tone for our clients' experience
- Ensure seamless management of appointments, payments, and packages
- Provide support during gym sessions as needed
- Handle current and potential clients with care and professionalism
- Capture memorable moments by taking photos and videos for clients
- Assist in the smooth daily operations while maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the area and gym equipment
Trainer - The Barkers:
- Plan, explain, motivate, and execute engaging training programs
- Provide high quality training sessions
- Foster a strong bond with the dogs, inspiring their progress and well-being
- Monitor the dogs' condition and make necessary adjustments to training programs using keen observational skills
- Prioritize safety at all times, ensuring a secure training environment
- Uphold cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and the pool area
Post-exercise Care - The Whisperers:
- Provide quick and thorough shower and blow-drying for the dogs
- Expertly handle and walk dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Administer post-exercise massages and basic stretches to promote recovery
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the post-exercise care areas
Requirements:
- High energy and physically fit to keep pace with our dynamic environment
- Basic fitness knowledge
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive attitude towards work, continuous learning and problem-solving
- Situational and safety awareness
- Some experience working with dogs
- Strong team player mentality
- Keen interest in canine anatomy and sports science
- Above all, an unwavering passion for dogs and their well-being
- Part-timers must commit a minimum 6 months
- Part-timers must work at least 4 shifts per week inclusive of both weekdays and weekends
