Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of employee learning and development needs.
  • Plan and coordinate staff welfare activities, training programs, and teambuilding events.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flows.
  • Contribute to campus recruitment efforts, including internship and management trainee hiring plans.
  • Participate in the full recruitment cycle for BBP’s internship and scholarship programmes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Liaise with universities, engage with students, and post job advertisements to enhance employer branding.
  • Welcome new interns to the organization and help coordinate and conduct orientation sessions.
  • Perform data entry and support analysis for HR metrics and reports.
  • Collaborate on various HR initiatives and projects, providing insights and support as needed.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits such as health insurance and other policies.
  • Support the coordination and documentation of exit interviews.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized in completing tasks.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and build rapport confidently
  • Available for a 6 months full time internship from January to June 2026
