Project Management (Project Management Knowledge / Application of Engineering Knowledge)
- Assist in project schedules and budgets, project costing / procurement process
- Responsible for working safely and meeting the EHS regulations on site
- Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures
- Ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately
- Identify issues and escalate to Project Management well ahead of time
- Ensure work compliance with specifications
- Prepare progress reports, client updates and attend meetings
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project & Facilities Management, Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering (Building Services) or any related field.
- Knowledge on HVAC is a bonus.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Projects
- Independent and self-starter with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Possess a positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Possess attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to commit at least 5 months from July 2024 - December 2024.
