Baoshi F&B Management Pte Ltd – Marketing Assistant / Intern

This role is perfect for someone who loves food, storytelling, and hands-on marketing work in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal menus

• Support social media content creation (photos, short videos, captions, scheduling) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu

• Help capture behind-the-scenes content at outlets (e.g., food plating, chef interviews, customer highlights)

• Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations and tastings

• Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning

• Assist in organizing and supporting marketing events and media tastings

• Track marketing performance metrics (social engagement, campaign ROI, etc.)

• Handle general marketing administrative tasks such as file management, scheduling, and database updates

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields

• Passion for F&B and local Singaporean food culture

• Strong interest in content creation, food styling, and social media trends

• Familiar with social media tools (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Meta Business Suite)

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or simple video editing is a plus

• Good communication and writing skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a small team

• Willing to travel to outlets for shoots or events (travel expenses reimbursed if needed)

• Singaporean/PR preferred
