Job Summary
Under the supervision and guidance of the AVP, Reservation Sales & Operations, the incumbent shall under his/her guidance: maintains Reservation System, generates and compiles Reservations reports through various Reservation Systems on a weekly/monthly basis.
Job Scope
To load rates/offers in all reservation distribution systems
To check and ensure rates/offers are loaded/displayed correctly in all distribution systems.
To load and check reservations’ terms and conditions are loaded and displayed correctly.
To check hotels’ contents are correctly uploaded in all distribution systems.
To follow up if there is any discrepancy found and update accordingly.
To compile monthly Reservations by source code
To present monthly performance in PowerPoint.
To undertake any other projects/tasks as assigned by AVP, Reservations Sales & Operations.
