We are now seeking an enthusiastic and qualified individual to fill up the following position

Job Description


The successful candidate shall manage internal platforms for corporate communications and culture building through the curation of multimedia assetsAbility to lead and conduct in-depth one to one interviews for organisational history; high narrative skills, copywriting, photography skills and video editorial/production experience are highly beneficial

Brand Storytelling – Internal Communications Ambassador/ Liaison

  • Ability to develop and create narratives from multimedia (eg videos, photos, text) key to organisational objectives.
  • Create and design aesthetic engaging contents that tells the brand story to build brand culture and evoke / connect with the associates across different medium
  • Conceptualise and implement storyboard to launch and develop online Corporate Institutional platform
  • Internal communications liaison to plan, file contents/questions and execute interviews and produce video interviews with senior management and associates
  • Project management for distribution and usage of content sharing platforms related to storytelling

Brand Guardianship

Archive Library

  • Create, document and manage the Banyan Tree Corporate Institutional Archive Library including corporate photos, videos, marketing collaterals (such as ads, brochures, banners) and past keynote publications and TV clippings of the past 25 years’ rich history

Mark Milestones

  • Collate and curate significant milestones (via print and online materials) to draw out stories for the online platform showcases/records

Shoots - Photoshoot and videoshoots

  • Plan and coordinate interviews and photo/video shoot process/details with management and staff for narrative creation
  • Create, review and edit productions with internal and external resources to deliver final approved photos/videos
  • Event Management
  • Conceptualise, manage and execute company / corporate events eg 25th anniversary project

Administration

  • All administrative duties include raising all finance forms required before commencing a project, managing project quotes, invoicing, timely payment to vendors/partners, purchase requisitions for approvals and others

Special Projects

  • Any new / ad-hoc projects and duties that may arise as designated and assigned by the supervisor / departmental head and management

REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years in Communications with experience in internal communications/brand management, creatives and content creation
  • Graduate in Communications, Literature, History, Sociology, or similar
  • Interest in gathering in-depth information and archiving knowledge, with a background of previous projects requiring this skillset
  • Strong copywriting skills and aesthetic eye
  • Meticulous, strong organisational and project management skills to meet tight timeline
  • Ability to work with multiple parties; strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess experience to lead and conduct interviews for narrative creation;
  • Has photography skills and can produce video, edit footages, add voiceover.
  • Good design skills in Illustrator, Freehand, In-design, Dreamweaver (*basic design skills is a good to have)
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe premiere, Apple iMovie, Final Cut pro for videos
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese (as video /information produced - would need some Chinese versions for China associates to better embrace our BT culture)
  • Positive, initiative, multi-tasker, dedicated team player
  • Position will be based at 211 Upper Bukit Timah Road, 5-day work week
