We’re looking for a Social Media Intern who is obsessed with digital trends, quick to jump on viral moments, and eager to grow online communities. You’ll work across Bandwagon Media, Live, and Labs — contributing to exciting projects like VGIG (our virtual gig platform), street interview series, and building Bandwagon’s Telegram group into a thriving community.

What We’re Looking For
- Lives and breathes social media (TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Telegram, and emerging platforms)
- Can spot the next viral trend and creatively adapt it to Bandwagon’s projects
- Loves content creation & editing — from TikToks to Reels to Telegram stickers/memes
- Interested in music, live events, and digital culture
- Proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment
Responsibilities
* Trend Spotting & Content Creation
- Stay updated on viral trends and translate them into snappy, platform-ready content.
- Create short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories) using tools like CapCut, Canva, or InShot.
- Repurpose street interviews, concerts, and VGIG activations into engaging posts.
* Project Contributions
- Support VGIG content and community engagement (Labs).
- Conduct and edit street interviews for Media, turning them into bite-sized viral clips.
- Help develop Bandwagon’s Telegram Group, testing strategies like polls, challenges, and exclusive drops.
* Social Media Scheduling & Engagement
- Assist in planning and scheduling content across multiple platforms.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments/DMs in a fun, witty tone.
- Spot opportunities for boosting posts to increase reach.
* Community Growth
- Drive audience participation through polls, Q&As, Telegram group prompts, and challenges.
- Support event coverage (Media & Live) through live posts, stories, and real-time engagement.
* Analytics & Insights
- Track performance and suggest improvements using engagement metrics, reach, and community growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong interest in social media, music, events, and digital content creation
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, Telegram, and emerging platforms
- Basic video editing & content design skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro is a bonus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to think quickly, adapt, and execute ideas fast
