1. Process payroll (monthly and overtime) for Operations employees in a timely and accurate basis for approximately 150 headcounts

2. Generate monthly payroll reports for review

3. Assist in Work pass applications, renewals and cancellations

4. Assist in the preparation of draft Letter of Appointment, Letter of Confirmation and other employment related contracts

5. Assist in Timely submission of CPF contribution, IR21 and yearly income tax filing

6. Submission of government-paid claims such as Training Grants, NS claims, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave and other government related claims

7. Assist in handling labour market surveys
