Baker & Cook - Singapore's only true artisan bakery & food-store chain is the brainchild of Global Baker Dean Brettschneider.

- Experience & Interest in the area of food production
- Follow recipe closely with ability to ensure quality & consistency of products
- Check & Order stocks for daily use
- Compliance with the overall cleanliness & hygiene standards

- Have been formally trained in food preparation
- Have a keen eye for details
- Work well within a small team
- Able to ensure quality and consistency of products
- Must be able to work on Weekends and Public Holiday
- Must work independently with minimum supervision
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/ Secondary School/ "O" level in Food & Beverage Service Management or equivalent
