Commercial Bakery Assistant Internship Full Time (Immediate)
- Wash, Clean and maintain equipment, utensils, kitchen and toilet on a pre-set cleaning schedule / after production
- Help with preparing ingredients for baking breads, cookies and cakes based on provided production schedule
- Pack baked products
- Prepare baked products based on customer orders
- Manage and liaise on dispatch of baked products with logistics team
- Prepare other pre-production material
- Collect, record, store and maintaining ingredients and supplies inventory level
- Record daily production and dispatch quantities of finished and pre-production material
- Support events and markets (sometimes)
- Deliver orders to customers (sometimes)
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned
