Job Description

Preparation 

 Stock service areas with supplies such as wet towel,  tableware, and crockery 

 Perform food preparation duties such as preparing appetizers, and/or cold dishes, portioning desserts 

 Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as crockery and menu 

 Refill condiments
Table Service 

 Usher customers to their tables 

 Inform customers of daily specials and promotional items 

 Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request 

 Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods 

 Take orders from customers for food or beverages 

 Prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks or dessert for customers 

 Serve food or beverages to customers, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required 

 Ensure customers' satisfaction 

 Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning 

 Clean tables or counters after customers have finished dining
Cashiering 

 Collect payments from customers 

 Able to operate POS machine 

 Able to perform merchandize through register machine 

 Able to perform cashier closing   

 Understand company promotion system 

 Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
