Job Description
Job Role Responsibilities :
- Filing of invoices
- Keying of invoices and data entry
- Checking of stocks daily
- Answering phone calls
- Reply emails
Required skill(s) :
- Able to use Excel Billingual in Chinese and English as need to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
- Able to multi task and work in fast pace environment
Requirements :
- Min GCE 'N' level or equivalent Candidate without experience is welcome to apply
- Able to commit long term (NO CONTRACT STAFF)
- Must be able to speak Chinese and English as need to liaise with Chinese speaking associates and customers
- Able to work fast
