Hi we are a IT service provider company, providing 1st level IT supporting services to my various client. We train and guide all new staff, to prepare them for the ever changing IT environment. 

Wanted to try out IT as your career, why not try out the entry level; IT helpdesk; where you get to experience 1st hand on IT be it network, server, security, EUD configuration.

We are looking for a IT Helpdesk Technician:

Location: Toa Payoh

Gross Salary: S$2,400

Job Description

• IT helpdesk first level support with basic IT skills
• Basic experiences with IT troubleshooting
• Log incident and Service Request tickets and assigned to respective party
• Follow through ticket incidents till case closure
• Able to execute instructions from Lv2 engineers
• Problem diagnostics via remote support tool and calls
• Good communication skills and detail in work
• Incident Ticket reportings
• Good Customer Service

Job Requirement

• Qualification: Min Nitec or higher
• Experience: Nil related experience
• Salary: S$2,400
• Candidate must possess Basic computer and MS office knowledge required.
• Able to work well in a team
• Positive attitude in learning and following instructions
• Punctual
