Opportunity
We are excited to offer an internship programme, where you are exposed to key areas of the business. This role will provide valuable hands-on experience in both human resources and operational functions within our firm. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about the crypto industry. Throughout the programme, you will have the chance to engage in cutting-edge research and apply your knowledge to real-world business cases.
Key Responsibilities
HR Support:
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions
• Maintain our employee handbook
• Assist with HR administrative tasks and planning team building activities
Operations Support:
• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including office management and liaising with fund administrator, auditors and external vendors as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and presentations as required
Who you are
• We are seeking dynamic, curious and proactive individuals who are eager to gain exposure to various aspects of running a successful digital asset firm
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be actively participating in team-based projects and brainstorming sessions
• While prior knowledge of digital assets is not required, a strong passion and willingness to learn are highly valued
• Commitment of 6 months
