We are looking for a Corporate Development Intern to join our team! Your role will be in:
• Mapping out potential acquisition targets based on qualitative and quantitative factors and strategic fit
• Researching and identifying industry dynamics and company trends
• Researching and uncovering drivers of high valuation of competitors
• Analyzing company information and financial statements of potential acquisition targets
• Researching SaaS metrics, checking if such metrics are tracked internally, constructing such metrics and collecting similar metrics of competitors for benchmarking
• Researching competitors to analyze their disclosures standards, format and collecting relevant data for benchmarking
• Researching competitors to understand their business strategy, competitive niche, competitive and pricing strategy
• Producing powerpoint slides and business decks
