- The Payroll Intern is responsible for the service delivery, whilst collaborating with the offshore teams, for the timely and accurate delivery of lodgement activities across AYP's clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform lodgement activities as per defined SLA
- Adheres to quality standards and procedures
- Resolution of Queries as per defined SLA
- Execution of timely delivery of lodgement activities
- Be the key contact / expert for Singapore legislative / operation changes for lodgement
- Look into continuous improvement ensures root-cause analysis is conducted and a corrective action plan is followed.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skill both verbal and written
- Excel Knowledge is a mandatory
- Strong in Analytical Skills and needs to have flair for numbers
- Meticulous and keen eye for details
