Job Description

Application Executive - Job Description

  • Scanning of clients’ documents for processing
  • Follow up on missing documents and any other errors in processed forms
  • Attend to telephone and email queries from clients regarding documents for programme approval
  • Accurate updates in google drive and excel to document client’s info
  • Any administrative tasking may be given from time to time


Application Executive - Qualities Required

  • Possess ‘O’ Level
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good telephone etiquette and customer service oriented
  • Possess good working attitude and pleasant disposition
  • Good time management skills with punctuality
  • Basic knowledge in Word and Excel
  • Experience in administration work preferable
