Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain training record.
- Handle overtimes record.
- Assist to process monthly claims.
- Assist in eLeave processing, validate and check leave application in leave system.
- Assist in work pass application, issuance, renewal, cancellation, and other changes update.
- Maintain complete, correct, up to-date, and accessible records for all employees in the P-file and HRMS.
- Other admin duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Resourceful
- Responsible and willing to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company
- Attention to detail and problem-solving
Other Information:
- Working hour
Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 18:00
Friday 08:00 to 17:00
- Transport is provided to and fro Joo Koon MRT station.
- Do not apply if you need a Work Pass to work in Singapore as we currently do not have quota.
