Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain training record.
• Handle overtimes record.
• Assist to process monthly claims.
• Assist in eLeave processing, validate and check leave application in leave system.
• Assist in work pass application, issuance, renewal, cancellation, and other changes update.
• Maintain complete, correct, up to-date, and accessible records for all employees in the P-file and HRMS.
• Other admin duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Resourceful
• Responsible and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company
• Attention to detail and problem-solving 

Other Information:

• Working hour

Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 18:00

Friday 08:00 to 17:00

• Transport is provided to and fro Joo Koon MRT station.
• Do not apply if you need a Work Pass to work in Singapore as we currently do not have quota.
