We are wholesaling/retailing premium AV system to business and consumers.  We deal with premium brands including Bang and Olufsen, MoonbySImaudio, Estelon, AudioVector, Penaudio, Yamaha, etc. 

We have retail sales and also B2B business like provide high-end custom AV installation service (e.g., multi-zone AV system, Home Theater, etc) to restaurants, bars, gyms, schools.

Job Description

AV Intelligence is looking to hire a successful Senior Retail Sales Consultant, who has excellent salesmanship and a proven experience for high-end product/services sales track record.  This role will require selling to walk-in customers (B2C) and selling to IDs, architects, (B2B). 

Key Responsibilities] As our Senior Retail Sales Consultant, on top of successfully closing sales and meeting/exceeding sales target, you will:

  • provide excellent customer service on shop floor, perform cashiering duties, etc 
  • attend walk in customers’ enquiries, demonstrate and promote range of products to customers
  • be checking and tagging stock
  • assist in changing displays when required, maintain store appearance, merchandise and display products to ensure a prestigious look and related ad hoc duties /after sales as required

Requirements] To succeed as our Senior Sales Consultant, you should have the following aspects:

  • experience in/passion for  high-end/premium retail ( e.g., jewelry, bespoke product) for minimum 4-5 years with successful track records 
  • be intelligent and able to learn and understand AV products, WiFi, etc
  • be result and customer oriented 
  • be a team player with good integrity and  work ethic
  • be organised,  focused on quality and pay attention to detail adhering to standards
  • be responsible, trustworthy and hardworking
  • ability to work on weekends and public holidays
  • although not a must, preferably experience in electronics sales and passion for AV products and/or music
