AV Intelligence – Sales Consultant

AV Intelligence is looking for an amazing salesperson (along the lines of resourceful, results-driven and motivated)! We are a high-end retail shop offering audiovisual equipment for homes, businesses and any area where you need music (basically, everywhere). Speakers, projectors, turntables, you name it, we have it. You should also have great communication, interpersonal skills (to bond with our tight-knitted team) and a passion for technology and audio-visual products. We want someone who is here for the long-term, willing to learn and grow with us into your maximum potential!

What you should love to do:

• Provide excellent customer service in the showroom, making every customer feel right at home throughout their visit
• Attend to walk-in customers’ enquiries, demonstrating and promoting a range of products and solutions to customers
• Build solutions to meet customer needs and provide written proposals
• Assist in changing displays and maintaining the store appearance, to ensure a prestigious look and pleasant browsing experience
• Attend customer sites to understand customer needs and assist with the installation and support of purchased solutions
• 5-day work week, willing to work some weekends and public holidays

Technical skills and competencies:

• Experience with AV and tech products and working in high-end retail is a super bonus!
• Bachelor’s degree
• Great personality (we love a warm smile!)
