How we're different?

Many businesses publish positions for marketing and BD interns, and the job scopes are usually the same. Create collaterals, write content, meet people.

But that's just filling a vacancy. AutumnUnicorn is different. We encourage freedom and creativity. We sincerely want you to grow with us, because we're young too. The founders are all 23 years old and below. It's a young and lively environment. There are no hard and fast rules. We work only with 2 mottos.

Mottos

1) "Fail fast". 

That means whenever there's an exciting idea, we go out there to execute it with between 50%-70% preparation. We don't spend 2 months thinking, planning and theorizing it. Ready. Fire. Aim.

2) "Be rigid about your goals, but flexible about the methods to achieve them". 

We don't restrict how you do things. In fact, we encourage new approaches and feedback from you on how we might be doing things ineffectively. All you have to promise us is to keep your eyes on the prize. 

Does this excite you?

We currently are involved in 5 projects, 2 of which are client based, 3 of which are our own businesses. 

You will likely be involved in all 5 projects are some point in time, so you'll be exposed to all kinds of marketing strategies (digital, referral, word-of-mouth), and it's best to have someone who can adapt fast. 

For the 1st of our retail businesses, (name revealed on further probe), the aim is to hit the $1 million revenue in the shortest time possible, which would involve 5xing our business. How we approach this goal is entirely up to your discretion. There would be quite a bit of pitching, brainstorming for creative promotions, and learning to network here.

The 2nd and 3rd of our businesses are in its beginning stages, so you will get to witness and participate in how a brand is built entirely from scratch. 

For our clients' businesses, it will be more technically engaging. Digital Marketing will be the core strategy employed, and you'll work together with the Founders on working with FB Ads management, Content Marketing, SEO, and CRO.

So, it's a good blend of both online and offline marketing. 

Remuneration:

We are extremely keen to rewarding good work with high commissions. Especially for our 1st business, if you are able to help us grow rapidly, you'll own the commissions of the added revenue. That can easily hit beyond 5k if you're committed to what you are doing.
