Responsibilities:

• Membership conversion activities to acquire new members for the association
• Responsible for formulating engagement plans to acquire new members
• Develop Association’s Corporate Partnership Programme
• Regular engagement with existing contacts to improve membership acquisition initiatives
• Reviewing feedback from member base to initiate improvements to boost acquisition programme
• Developing marketing partnership to boost membership campaigns
• Propose new channels to market membership programme
• Support and coordinate with marketing teammates to execute monthly tactical campaigns for membership acquisition
• Planning and responsible for roadshows / promotional events
• Monthly reporting of membership acquisition activities for evaluation and improvements
• Ad hoc projects as per assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business/Marketing/Arts Discipline
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to engage prospects and partners.
• Possess relevant Marcomms, digital marketing, social media experience
• Basic understanding of Consumer Behaviors
• Possess Creative Ad-Copy and Structured Report Writing skills
• Keen to experience marketing works on traditional and digital marketing platforms
• Keen on gathering results from digital analytics tools
• Work well independently and in teams
• Basic experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a plus
