Auto Insure was established back in 2014 as a general repair and maintenance vehicle workshop.
We started with a team of car lovers with ample knowledge in our own strengths and had been in the automotive industry since 2009 as General Insurance provider, claims consultancy and the right inclusion of an experienced panel beater, Auto Insure was launched.
We began the workshop in collaboration with Auto Saver Yew Tee and our trusted working relationship built on best serving our satisfied clients with minor damages repair to major chassis realignment.
Following on, Auto Saver acknowledged us as their appointed claims consultant with a Memorandum of understanding signed. As the synergy partner of Auto Saver, our base began to grow.
Riding on the thought of giving further assurance to our clients, we went on to certify our self with ISO 9001:2015 on Provision of Consultancy and Survey for Motor Vehicles Claim Issues to include Repair and Maintenance and maintained as a GIA Agent throughout these years.
Auto Insure continues to operate based on the principle of provide high quality service through our trusted workmanship, adequate insurance knowledge guidance and proper claim procedures.
We also believed that using genuine parts and high quality paints to enhance our customer’s satisfactory standards.
We look forward to serving all car owners, making sure that they know they are well covered by us.
- Build and assemble machines or mechanical components according to requirements
- Inspect machines, engines, transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues
- Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability
- Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner
- Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment and systems
- Clean and apply lubricants to machinery components
- Replenish fluids and components of engines and machinery
- Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventative measures to machine or vehicle users
- Undertake other duties as assigned (e.g. repair of hydraulic systems, painting vehicles etc.)
- Keep logs of work and report on issues
