The Autism Association (Singapore) is a Social Service Organisation, dedicated to support individuals with autism to lead meaningful and quality lives, through Early Intervention, Special Education, Day Activity and Social & Leisure Programmes and Services, under the “Eden” brand. Eden School started by AA (S), offers a quality education for students with autism who require more time in building foundational skills and/or are assessed to be more suitable for a vocational route.Due to our rapid expansion to serve more clients and students, we invite people who have proven commitment and competence to join us in transforming the lives entrusted to us.
1. Provide remote and physical support and troubleshoot for MacOS, Windows OS, Apple iOS and Microsoft Office
2. Provide support and troubleshoot for computer hardware and other authorized peripheral equipment.
3. Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported
4. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity
5. Familiarize end-users on basic software, hardware and peripheral device operations.
6. Provide ICT innovation solutions to meet needs of the organization.
