About the job:

As we expand, we’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to build meaningful relationships with families, ensure smooth coordination with nannies, and drive the growth of our nanny service. This role combines client service, operations, and sales. You’ll be the key contact for families, ensuring every parent feels supported and every sitter is well coordinated.Responsibilities:

- Speak with clients to understand their childcare needs, educate them on our services, and recommend suitable solutions

- Coordinate with sitters on availability, arrange and confirm trial sessions or bookings

- Provide timely replacements when sitters are unavailable

- Manage key client accounts (including MSF or hotel bookings), follow up on feedback, and ensure ongoing satisfaction

- Convert enquiries to confirmed bookings and drive package renewals

- Identify upselling opportunities to grow client value and retention 

- Support operational and administrative tasks as needed to enhance service delivery

- Collaborate with the team to improve client experience and streamline processes

- Diploma/Degree
- Open to fresh graduates
- Prior experience in customer service, call centre, recruitment or HR
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter with a growth mindset—takes initiative, seeks process improvements, and is always eager to learn
- Strong people skills and problem-solving abilities
- CEI certification will be a bonus
