Job Description

We’re looking for interns to join the AUGUSTMAN Singapore editorial team. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic but deeply rewarding. Interns will be trained in the day-to-day operations of a digital editorial team from researching ideas to writing and attending events/tastings while gaining valuable skills in lifestyle journalism and content development.

Candidates should possess/be:

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Strong conversational skills
  • A keen interest in fashion, lifestyle topics and/or grooming
  • Confident and self-assured
  • Well-versed with Instagram, Facebook, Basic video editing software of their choice
  • Experience with WordPress, photography, and HTML is a plus.

The intern will be trained in the following:

  • Story-crafting: Long-form, short-form and listicles
  • Information/lead gathering
  • Networking
  • Managing photoshoots and subjects
  • SEO
  • Interview skills (if applicable)
  • Multimedia management

There will be ample opportunity for professional and character growth. By the end of the programme, interns will develop the skills, mindset and attitude to independently pitch, develop and deliver stories, along with supporting media.
