Audi Singapore Pte Ltd – Intern, Group After Sales – Sales and Service

Based in the middle of South-East-Asia, Volkswagen Group Regional After Sales Singapore (VRAS) is a regional office of Volkswagen Group, representing 23 countries and 26 importers in the Asia-Pacific region for After Sales purposes. Linked to this office is also a regional warehouse that ensures a fast and reliable supply of Genuine Parts to Volkswagen Group and its brands’ customers in the region. VRAS is a division of AUDI Singapore Pte Ltd. Our task is to ensure the mobility of our cars and delight our customers. Our office consists of several expert teams for Logistics and Supply Chain, IT, Technical Support and Training, Business Development as well as Sales and Marketing. Continuously we strive to expand our level of support and try to maximize synergies among the different brands of Volkswagen Group.

Responsiblities

• Data preparation and template design for analysis and reports.
• Prepare presentation slides for communication to markets and management
• Support, coordination and administration of team conferences, workshops and events
• Support functional projects and additional tasks in daily workload 

Requirements

• Strong quantitative background, preferably degree in Economics, Business or Data Analytics
• Strong analytical skills, proficient knowledge in Microsoft office especially Excel macro, VBA, Power BI and Powerpoint
• Knowledge in project management
• Passion for Automotive Industry
• Self-motivated individual that can work on his/her own with multitasking topics and is keen to constantly extend knowledge and share it within the team
