Atlas Media Consulting – Content Creation Intern

Content Creator Internship | On-site (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Intern to join our creative team and support day-to-day content creation for social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

From brainstorming ideas to helping out during shoots and designing posts, you’ll get hands-on experience across the full content process. If you’re someone who’s creative, curious, and excited to learn how social content works in the real world — this internship is for you.

You don’t need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to being involved in various parts of content creation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Content production from planning to execution — including brainstorming, assisting during shoots
• Generate content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Assist on shoot days and help capture behind-the-scenes content
• Create simple visuals like carousels, posts, and stories using Canva and Capcut
• Write captions, schedule posts, and update content calendars
• Track trends and suggest new ways to keep content fresh and engaging
• Support occasional client projects (e.g. content planning or reporting)

Requirements:

• Interest in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
• Comfortable contributing to video shoots and the creative process
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and how social content works
• Basic experience with Canva or similar design tools
• Organised, hands-on, and willing to learn

Bonus Points:

• Experience creating TikToks, Reels, or short-form content (even personal ones)
• Interest in visual storytelling, creative marketing, or media production
• Basic content editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
