Recently, we’ve launched KOCO Paper, an interactive platform tool that helps teachers save a lot more time when it comes to e-worksheets and homework! The kids and students, too, will benefit greatly from this. How so? Instead of printing out the e-worksheets, they can e-write their answers directly on the document and send it straight back to the teacher. Say hello (or hooray) to more time!

Job Description

● Develop and maintain a smooth and strong relationship with customers to increase loyalty and retention;

● Pay attention to customer’s details and complaints;

● Provide customer training and education on company product and service;

● Provide technical support to customer;

● Create, manage and track customer data using online tools/CRM;

● Provide regular reports and analyses on metrics;

● Design and implement customer retention programmes;

● Achieve target customer retention and targets;

● Intervene to customers at risk;

● Implement well-planned customer onboarding;

● Execute customer outreach strategies;

● Assist with creating Client Success collateral as directed;

● Co-host webinars with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs);

● Support forums that share best-practices and new product developments;

● Represent the Product on behalf of customers and work together with the Product team for product enhancements.
