We are looking for Operation Intern that:
- Have experience in admin work and customer service
- Team player with strong initiative
- High organization skills and able to manage a few projects concurrently.
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Must be detail-oriented and self-disciplined in time management.
- Process and fulfil all orders for our social media platforms and ensure deliveries reach customers in a timely manner
- Arrange for bulk delivery of stock(s) to our distributors
- Receive incoming goods and/or samples
- Handle shipping and delivery-related documents
- Assist in preparing and updating monthly sales data (backlogs and inventory)
- Process account receivable invoices for all sales transactions
- Manage stock inventory and stock samples on a week-to-week basis
- Maintain packaging and printing materials
