ASPRI-IPI, the training arm of ASPRI, is a non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing the Process Industry in Singapore. We collaborate with industry leaders, government agencies, and subject matter experts to develop and deliver high-quality training programmes.

This is a 3 months temporary assignment supporting both the Operation and Service Quality units in ASPRI-IPI.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Daily operation
i) Centre Opening (classroom / workshop / ushering / courseware retrieving for classes that have ended)
ii) Attendance taking
iii) Minor ad-hoc request from trainers
iv) Attendance preparation for new classes
v) Courseware packing
vi) Centre Closing (refreshment packing / Courseware storing (new class) / classroom / workshop)
2. Batching
i) Checking of post-courseware and inform Ops on the follow up
ii) Updating and verifying of batch log file to ensure accuracy
3. Evaluation
i) Post-evaluation scanning
ii) Update evaluation log file
iii) Verify evaluation log file
4. Safety Pass
i) Verify safety pass (WSQ/ASTER)
ii) Verify safety pass tracker (Jimily)
